Jack brings a corporate real estate background to NZ Property, with hands-on experience managing both residential and commercial properties across Auckland. Licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008, Jack specialises in full-spectrum property management, from sourcing and screening tenants through to lease administration, maintenance coordination, financial reporting, and facilities management.

Beyond day-to-day property management, Jack also brings hands-on body corporate management experience. From coordinating maintenance and managing shared facilities through to preparing financial accounts, convening AGMs, and ensuring compliance with body corporate rules, Jack understands the governance and administrative demands that come with multi-unit buildings and strata-titled properties.
